Sambrook House offers a range of facilities including:

The fully centrally heated accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms, 9 single bedrooms and 13 single bedrooms with en-suite facilities. All of the bedrooms have a 'nurse' call system installed, washing facilities and television points (televisions can be provided if needed). Many of our residents also opt to have private telephone facilities within their rooms which they fund.

There is a large 'L' shaped conservatory which overlooks the private walled garden.

There are two spacious lounges, one at either end of the home, and a traditional dining room.

Taking a bath is both safe and pleasurable with the auto-lift bathing chair equipment or the choice of our walk-in shower room.

A near silent lift provides easy and safe access to the 6 first floor bedrooms and one of the bathrooms.

Outside there is a large parking area and gardens to the front of the Home, and to the rear there is a secluded walled garden which offers a tranquil atmosphere in which to relax. In this rear garden there is a summer-house which is heated and lit and provides a lovely sitting area in the summer. There is also a polycarbonate-glazed greenhouse in which those that wish to can potter safely.
